At A Click Ahead, we see your business as our business, and so have designed the following Terms & Conditions to ensure that our partnership works at an optimum level at all times.
1 Terms of Contract:
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to you (the client) and are legally binding for the duration of the contractual period agreed between both parties; Internet Advertising Consultancy and you (the client) regarding the management of your internet advertising campaign.
2 Contractual Period:
2.1 The rolling contract between both parties; A Click Ahead and you (the client) will run for a period of 30 days from the date agreed by both parties and will continue until either party advises differently. Contracts may be terminated upon written notice of no less than 14 days.
3 Internet Advertising Solutions Services:
3.1 A Click Ahead will ensure, where possible, that all advertising requirements are met, and professional advice is offered at all times.
However this is dependent on information provided by you (the client) to enable A Click Ahead to carry out work, as per your instructions, with regards to adequate daily exposure and page positioning.
4 Client Contact:
4.1 We require that you (the client) must provide a valid contact telephone number and e-mail address to enable our consultants, at A Click Ahead , to contact you when necessary.
4.2 A Click Ahead will ensure regular contact is maintained at all times, providing you (the client) with regular account performance updates.
A Click Ahead Consultancy requires that you do the same with regards to website changes; new product introduction, or any such element which may affect your campaign, in order to ensure that the account is always up to date to enable optimum performance.
4.3 A Click Ahead will not make any changes to your Advertising Campaign without first gaining your prior consent.
5 Payment:
5.1 Invoices shall be issued on a monthly basis as appropriate and you (the client) shall pay the fees, without deduction, on a pre-determined date previously agreed by both parties.
5.2 In the event of non-payment A Click Ahead will suspend all further work on the account until any outstanding payment(s) due, are received in full.
5.3 You agree to pay the said fee per month for the services of A Click Ahead . You agree that this amount shall be paid in advance by Credit Card to A Click Ahead on a pre-determined date as detailed in point 5.1.
6 Confidentiality Assurance:
6.1 A Click Ahead undertakes that all information pertaining to your business and your Internet Advertising Account shall remain confidential at all times. No details will be divulged or passed on to any third parties.
8 Contract Stipulations:
8.1 This Agreement shall run for an initial period of 30 days and you (the client) are able to cancel at any time by providing 14 days written notice of your intention to cancel.
8.2 If there is no advice to cancel the Contract as detailed in 10.1 the contract will continue to ´rollover´ until further notice from you (the client) or A Click Ahead as detailed in point 10.1.
8.3 Any contractual agreement between A Click Ahead and you (the client) shall not be a sign of exclusivity on the part of A Click Ahead , nothing within this Agreement will prevent A Click Ahead from representing a third party who may provide a similar service/product as you (the client).
9 Login details:
9.1 A Click Ahead requests that you do not change your login username or password without prior notice. Failure to do so may result in a penalty charge being levied.
10 Cancellation Terms:
10.1 In order to cancel this Contract, you (the client) must provide a minimum 14 days notice in writing. Upon cancellation all work carried out by A Click Ahead , on your behalf, on the Pay-Per-Click Account and Internet Advertising Campaign, will not be altered, unless requested before termination.
10.2 Cancellation by You without prior notice as detailed in point 10.1 shall incur a one off cancellation fee, which is the fee agreed for the final month.
The Terms of this Contract are subject to English Law
